COVID-19 Update:
The Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery continues to operate its NY Rising Programs. However, to protect both our applicants and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the following adjustments to our Farmingdale and Albany office operations:
- Walk-in meetings are limited to appointments only; however, case managers are available to assist in your recovery efforts anytime by phone and email. You may call or email your case manager or contact the call center at 1-844-9NYRISING during work hours with any questions.
- In-person and remote inspections are available, as applicable, on an as needed basis. Our inspection team will be reaching out to schedule inspections based on your preferred method.
- Checks will be distributed via US Postal Service after a grant agreement is e-signed or mailed to our office. Our mailing address is:
