Manufactured Home Community Resiliency Program

The Governor's Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) developed the Manufactured Home Community Resiliency (MHCR) Program to specifically assist residents of the storm-impacted Ba Mar Manufactured Home Community. This voluntary program provides residents with three voluntary relocation opportunities: Manufactured Home Replacement Assistance, Homeownership Assistance, and Rental Assistance. The Manufactured Home Community Resiliency Program is accepting applications now through June 1st from current residents of Ba Mar who meet the Program's eligibility requirements. January 16, 2019 - The NY Rising Manufactured Home Community Resiliency Program has established comprehensive program deadlines for applicants. The Program sent active applicants who have not completed their relocation the NOTICE OF MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY RESILIENCY PROGRAM MILESTONES, which details Program deadlines and the resources that are available to retain funding, complete relocation and close out of the Program.
